Gambling and suicide seem like best bros throughout history, and if you add a lawsuit into the mix then you got trouble, especially form the standpoint of the venue (specifically mentioned in the player's "jokes" multiple times). If the receptionist the player was dealing with was a normal to abnormally conscious human being, they would feel obligated to at least mention it to a higher-up, who would then obviously inevitably feel obligated to mention it to their higher-up, etc, etc. As someone mentioned earlier, the mere chance of a lawsuit would need to squelched absolutely ASAP.

That’s not a suicide joke. But when she heard the word jump because she was trained by security to inform them when someone says the word jump they did so. Then when they came to my room and asked me what I said I explained it to them as well but they chose to take it upon themselves to put me in an ambulance and bring me to a psych ward for a valuation. And the doctors and the nurses were laughing at how foolish it was that they sent me there and I went back and they still banned me for life. Had a listen to the context of what I had said they could’ve simply said don’t say the word jump in a hotel and then that would’ve been the end of it but instead he chose cost me money and time and aggravation and hardship. Don’t joke about suicide in vegas. Suicides happen in vegas all the time and they are traumatic for all involved, including the employees I imagine. If he wasn’t joking then his case has zero weight. A psych eval seems like a lot, but people don’t go around talking about suicide very often.
