If this is even actually you... my issue with you is based on our interaction at Hard Rock Hollywood in April 2019. You probably don't even remember we never said a word to each other. But you showed up to the table with some **** stuck in your nose or something and thought the world smelled bad.... and I was sitting next to you so you thought it was me. You even had to gall to go to Jack and have him say something to me. I had on clean clothes, I shower every morning because Im not a caveman, and it was only 1st break so my deodorant didn't even have a chance to wear off yet. Then when you got back from break you were just acting like a stink bomb was over the table, making exaggerated disgust sounds and holding your shirt over your face. Then you spewed away your chips just to leave the table. I'm a self conscience person so when you busted I asked the other person sitting next to me AND the person who replaced you if I had BO and they both said no. I guess you didnt like the vanilla body wash that was in my Airbnb, I thought it smelled nice myself.

So thats pretty passive aggressive. Be the only one who perceives something and instead of being straight up about it, you go to the TD and have him say something, then when nothing changes after break you act like you are trapped in a sewer and do everything possible to let the table know how miserable you are (without saying why), including spewing away your chips to get away.

I have never run across a hotel clerk whom I deemed to possess expertise in the effect of distance dropped upon the human body. Good job to the guy who had the ability to recognize such a clerk and take advantage of her knowledge!

They were probably looking for a reason to ban him, With the anecdotal evidence of him being horrible and self admittedly an ass to the dealers for nothing more than doing their jobs he was probably already on the "problematic player" list and his weird survival jump angle was the perfect time to take out the trash.

The only aspect of this lawsuit that is better than Postle's defamation lawsuit is that this clown can't be held liable for the defendant's legal fees. This will crash and burn in 6 months.

Guy says he’s going to kill himself. Concerned, the hotel (rightfully) calls the authorities so they can protect the guy from killing himself and avoid a PR mess. Guy (rightfully) gets put on 5150 hold in a hospital for being suicidal. Now guy (wrongly) bogs down the legal system by filing a frivolous lawsuit against the casino because he says he was “just joking” and mad because the dealers somehow gave him a bad run of cards.

30th floor isnt low enough

What's funny is I saw him pull this same move at a Foxwoods tourney a couple years back. I was on the next table over and he kept complaining to the floor about someone stinking at his table and they had to move him. Now, I've been playing tournaments for years... and I've never seen anyone get moved in a tourney at their own request. But he was persistent, and guess what, 15min later after his incessant complaining, the floor actually moved him, and right to the feature table. How's that for service? So it appears, his maniacal ways are not so random, maybe more psychotic... I'm sensing a pattern here

Yes the facts are nowhere near described accurately in most all the articles. Again, as stated earlier, there are no fact checking efforts associated with any of these articles. They find a lawsuit online and decide to write an article about it. And there is ZERO EFFORT WHATSOEVER to actually do what they teach in Journalism 101 to actually get the facts. So if people are stupid enough to blindly believe what they want, so be it. Fact is I crushed the satellite and was relaxing and as happy as could be ready to crush the main event. I was relaxing in my room and there was nothing even vaguely resembling a “suicide joke”!

The fact remains that I was not allowed to participate in an event that I worked hard to be a part of because Borgata chose not to actually take the information provided to them by my nosy language, context of my interaction AND the nature of what the hospital doctor clearly indicated on every level that I was not a treat to myself or anyone. Instead they chose to arbitrarily ban me and then use lifting the ban as a tool to hang over my head as a means of deterring me from taking action against them. I NEVER had any issue whatsoever there and caused no rift there but they chose to label me a “suicide risk” and then because the poker community is very large, the word got out instantly. VERY UNFAIR. But I guarantee you that if you knew me better ans our interaction was more than a one time occurrence or you thinking I’m a sick, you’d probably actually like me. But even if you hate me, I really couldn’t care less. I don’t care what people think of me. I’m not playing poker for the scenery, I’m there foe the greenery!!!

No incorrect. NEVER MAD AT DEALERS AND NEVER BERATE THEM!!!! But clearly people like you read words and interpret them like a moron would. Just because I get frustrated that a dealer puts thr cards out that crush me, I am not mad at them personally. They have no control over the outcome or what cards are dealt. I’m upset over the results. There is nobody to blame!!!! It is what it is. When you boil it all down, regardless of it being a game where skill plays a big part, the bottom line is, it’s gambling and some people run better than others and others run really bad. I wasn’t “seriously asking”! I was asking a question that was “tongue in cheek” since everyone on earth knows that nobody would survive a jump of that magnitude. Any normal human being who understands body language, tone and if their first language is English would know it was just banter. But she was not from USA and was trained to contact security if she hears the word jump (which is fine). But then it is incumbent upon the people to figure out what was said and the context. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. But then I have friends telling me that there are a bunch of complete idiots on this bulletin board ripping me apart when they don’t even know me or they barely know me and judge me based on one or two sessions sitting with me and making a judgement on who I am a a person.
