dont bother asking, account good as gone. Never heard of a successful case after jumio submission. Same old **** no reply for 2 weeks please be patient. One day you will get a reply, "we have concluded you were in fact cheating therefore your account is frozen and money has been confiscated."

My two accounts got frozen for "security check" and there is total of 250k rmb (almost 40k usd). I don't know why I got banned from the beginning since one of my account is consistently losing (lost 300k+ already), and as soon as I won a bit back, I cannot cashout and it got frozen. I finished the KYC process 10 days ago, and then everytime I email the pka team, they reply me with "we are busy invesitigating". How can PKA treat customers like this while they wanna have a positive image in public by posting those tom dwan videos on youtube?
I'm living in China and although I even got used to getting cheated by some teamworking regs on high stakes tables (I reported 10+ times and nobody cares) , I've never done any hurtful thing to the game (plus I'm not even winning on those accounts). Can your team be more responsible and check what is going on with my accounts please? Thanks.

1. Why did you get A6s, fold in HJ position at 8max? You should open

2. Why are you in the BB position, facing the CO BTN and SB of limp call1bb, choose to use 47s to open 5bb, and fold after being 3bet 20bb by BTN? You are a team, creating a raise opportunity for your teammates.

3. Why did you get AKo in SB, flop Ac7d8d, after facing UTG's bet 60%pot, MP Raise 3X, BTN Allin, I chose to check-fold.

4. Why did you get ATo, fold on UTG (8max)?

Before 2+2, some people complained that Poker King had frozen their account, their security director LINDY, and they invited JOHN ANDRESS, NICK PETRANGELO to be consultants. I emailed all three of them or contacted them via twitter.

Issue with PK is they ban you over 1 single report. If you tilt a player on your table they report you. There is a high chance you get banned even if you did no wrong.


Most of you probably dont know this but this is how pokerking system works. They suspect collusion/cheating they ban you. You get reported for one hand that they suspect collusion they ban you. They request KYC as a block chain so they can be lazy and steal your money since most people will not verify. If you do verify they will pretend to start investigating, in reality they do not do anything and reply you in a few weeks and say, "we have completed the investigation and found evidence of partnering behavior your funds have been confiscated." PK knows you can't do **** and if anything they can leak your info to Chinese authorities and have you arrested for gambling in China.

I don’t plan to get my money back, but I hope durr and ivey can know what they did, otherwise more players will suffer

The guys you mentioned are puppets PK hired to boost the confidence of PK customers. They have zero authority or power on PK. If you privately messaged John Andress who is so called "HEAD OF PK SECURITY" he would just contact the security team and give you the same response PK security would give you. Don't expect anything.

Let's me tell you my story. Normally i played only cash at PKK but with WPT event i try some new fun.
Yesterday i 've played WPT Mini main event day 2, and got cash out top 100. And today my account for frozen. They ask me to kyc and send me 1 hand below.

The tournament in this hand is played on 06 Feb, when my tour i win top 100 i play day 1 in 14 Feb and day 2 yesterday.
In my opinion, they just wait you win something then banned your account.
Be carefull if you play in this site, you may win but dont know when and why they banned you and stole your money.

Today there is a very strange thing. They previously froze four of my accounts. Today they notified me that one of them was unfrozen and returned the funds.
But I asked them, why didn't the other three give it to me? It's the same situation, they haven't answered me yet.
