You see them on Pokergo, etc. However, in bravopokerlive, you don't see NLHE games that big mostly. The biggest games seem to be mixed games with PLO second.

If I was to guess, it comes down to one or all of the following reasons:

1. These are games specifically set up for TV or live streams.
2. They are not available to the public and thus not listed on Bravo.
3. These are curated public games and a BS racket.

These games just like the rare ones you may see on bravo (usually during wsop) are private games.

Stefan and Klaus aren't getting on the lists for these games in any casino in America.

Fun players don't want to play with GTO super pros so every game bigger than 25/50 is private.

The Bobby's Room 2k/4k mixed games are open and public because there isn't anyone good enough with a big enough bankroll to bumhunt those games. If you opened up a public 500/1k NL game at Aria the list would instantly be 15 deep of super pros selling action.

I guess it is harder to play GTO in mixed games and PLO, which might be reason for bigger public games in those.

Bad (and rich) players only want to play against players that they can beat without having to study and improve. So if you are an extremely strong player, you're not allowed to play.

If this is true, why doesn’t anyone just get good enough at mixed games?

It's easier to memorize how computers play NLHE than get really good at mixed games or PLO.

Not even beat- they want to play with people that actually want to gamble and they enjoy being around socially.

Easier said than done. Chris Kruk did go from NL reg to mainly focus on that game. The main issue with the big bobbys mix game asfaik is that first they added the 40bb cap to the big bet games which obv hurts the ev of 99% of players that would considering switching. Another issue is that from what I heard that doyle and the old guys deliberately tried to push away young players by adding obscure games into the mix that no one below 50 ever heard of.

Don't think jungle or trueteller was very great at mix when they started playing. Iirc trueteller was the reason they added a rule for every 500k you are down you get to remove a game (since he primarily was a NL reg back then)

Yeah, those TV games seem to have big name loose pros, who the rich amateurs like playing with and make good TV. Even back to Doyle's book, he talked about how he got invited to private NLHE games in the 1970s because he had a loose style, and the amateurs didn't like playing nitty pros.
