I recollect it took close to a year, but having provided a template for future states, it could take less time with respect to WSOP PA and MI.
Fairly certain MI has already got the appropriate approval required to move forward with pool a while back before they all got scared of the wire act again. If that is the case, they'd just need to work out the logistics which should be pretty simple with a few states already doing it.
PA seemed to have been on board but then the new wire act scare happened and never moved forward wanting to wait until there was clarification from the DOJ. That may take a bit longer, but I'd put my money on it happening by years end for both states and maybe even WV.
Like 90% on that being the gist of the situation, someone will correct if not I'm sure.
