I wonder how cutting DN would be if it wasn't Howard Lederer running FTP - his outbursts stink of his personal vendetta against Lederer/Duke IMO..... and he's gone from being annoying to a total douche.....

I also don't get how DN is so vehement about what happened behind the scenes at FTP when HE wasn't there. I mean I remember him talking about the chances of the FTP deal and flip flopping on that.

Except for Gus. He seems like the only guy that actually gave a **** about the players. (I could be wrong, because I don't know Gus personally, but everything I've ever heard about him points to him not being a total scumbag like CF/HL/RB/PI)

Also while DN is being ridic about eDog, I completely agree with what he says at the end:

[Lederer] says "He owed the players his silence" and I thought that was an absurd thing to say. No one said he had to discuss the details of a deal post BF, or that he had to confirm if players were going to be paid or not. A simple, "I'm terribly sorry for those players who haven't received their funds yet and while I'm unsure what will happen at this point, I can assure you that FTP will do everything it possibly can to make the players whole." Why couldn't he say something like that? There is no excuse.

How about Daniel Negreanu starts shooting straight and calls Edog out for being the scumbag that he is? It's possible that Ivey's intentions were in the right place, but that doesn't mean that he was doing the right thing. I'm really more inclined to believe Howard as his story is quite believable (sure, not 100%, as there are two sides to the story).

Negreanu loses a lot of credibility with me when he casually throws out that Jesus was planning criminal activity. That's some ridiculous crap. Give us a break already.

Only two issues and DN should let the others defend themselves. They are:

Did Eric take the $4 million?
Did juanda state he supported the buyout publicly then vote against.

Other issues are moot...
