Jason Mercier what has he done as of late? I guess those stupid bracelet bets from last year are karma.

^^ This, when Josh final tabled the Monster Stack.

As for Ivey, he's probably better off playing the cash games.. He's a cash game specialist, it would make more sense for him to play those then the high variance in a 5k where you have to beat a field of like 500 just to make 100k.(Final table)

You guys will see Durrrr, Ivey, Colman etc once 50k, and High Rollers start happening in couple weeks. I believe the 50k comes first.

Something something disappointment vs. expectation.

It was reasonably well-known that Ivey was arriving late. Durrrr and Patrik pretty much only play high-rollers if they play tourneys at all.

Spoiler:
Unless this was a level, in which case, WP.

I saw that Tweet. When I Favorited it, he suddenly DM'd me to tell me nothing is available. Booked solid. No rentals, no sublets, not even a guest room or a cot. What gives?

Universal Law of Seinfeld...

"There are few , if any, situations in life that cannot be referenced to at least one part of a Seinfeld episode"

Whatever happened to ben lamb from 2011 wsop? He cashed in numerous tournaments, final tabled main and was a world beater that year. Haven't heard from him sense. He seemed like a guy who would stick around for a long time.

Has Melissa Burr shown up? She ran well last year -- 5 cashes with 3 final tables.

It is hard to disappoint by not running hot in a tiny amount of tournaments.
It says nearly nothing about their respective skill levels.

Ben plays mostly cash games, he'll be there for the 10k PLO, 25k PLO, and Main Event I'd think tho
