I think it’s a good spot for Landon to make some money vs a fish, but in terms of being an “viewing event”, it’s p boring. There’s no actually rivalry here and Bill is way too nice. Joey streaming it while eating a bunch of edibles is the only fun part imo.
Landon wants to be in the mix battling and took the first opportunity he saw that looked good back during that time - everyone was hype for 3 months and he was one of the few who locked something up. PH vs DN and then GG tried to do the Fedor vs Limitless match out of it. A HU challenge is a great way to have consistent high stakes poker to play + make a large amount of money in game and on the side if it's the right opponent. Also, nice way to get attention if you can do it right.
The 2nd part is a sliding scale that comes down to marketing.
It would be a nice viewing event if we could get a consistent schedule - I know people on my channel enjoy watching this format and if I could put some extra hype behind it with the right people - I think it will be very successful. I will plan to do this sometime in the near future.
Takeaway: Incredible spot for Landon and his backers to make a large amount of $$$$ - lets see how it goes.

Perkins is studying often with MJ new program that is coming out soon. They gave me a tour of how it works and it isn't like anything I've seen out so far.

Haha, he just got started getting after it - if he sticks with it which he seems pretty committed for now, he will be an animal. Helps out a lot having a gym in the garage.
