Mods don't read every post in every thread (certainly not in "real time"). So if you see a post you find merits mod attention, please report the post via the red triangle thingy to the left of the post. On occasion, but rarely, will a post be deleted long after it was first posted.

The post in question referenced above is nowhere near my "merits deletion" line. For better or worse (cough), NVG generally allows wide latitude in posting.
