At the higher levels i'd imagine there's a lot of relentlessly tweaked nootropic stacks where I wouldn't be surprised if modafinil is replacing traditional stimulants more often than not. They actually do a good job of showing this in the poker parody movie The Grand where the autistic character has his mom whip up all his nootropic powders in a blender for him.
