Most hands AND average tables played consecutively while making a profit without sitting out or timing out on any table. Only exception would be when a table breaks and he must be seated in a new table within say 10-15 seconds.
Everyone understands endurance records whether it is lifetime/season/day...Brett Favre's record, Cal Ripken, Most Roller Coaster Rides in 24 hrs, most push-ups in a row, ect ect ect ect.
People understand and are fascinated by those types of record attempts. It takes unbelievable discipline and concentration.
1st person to have 10 tables of play $$$on 100/200 all 1mill $ stacks+
(randy wouldnt be allowed to openjam allin everyhand- hed haveta have the donks do that work and then get lucky enough to win many many allins with like 4 allins per hand) thisw ould be impressive.
Similar to what has been mentioned before, something like "Most money won, relative to buy-in, during a 24 hour period against random opponents and with stakes being constant"
Should be quite simple to understand for anyone that his goal is to multiply his original stake as many times as possible. For example sit down with $2 and leave with $1000 after 24h, thus 500x his money.
Dont think the playing blind idea could work as people would know he was doing it and he would be easy to beat
Im sugesting a world record like blind simultaneous chess. Where he gets the vital info by words, from a person/or automatic system. He then has to mentally map the games(table 1, table 2 etc), and remember previous actions because he will only get info of the current betting round.
record title - MOST POKER LESSONS/COACHING IN ONE HOUR
randy aims for ~2000 short posts on 2+2 in an NVG thread where we all pose questions, while simultaneously on a live video stream talking about them (put him on the mic with the questions shown on a big screen so people can live rail this at PCA)
he should play every single game that pokerstars are offering for some time and be profitable.
for example 1 nlhu cashgame, 1 nl 6max, 1 fullring and for all other games the same
and a lot of kind of SNGs and MTTs
the record could be most different types of poker or something
- Most seats won for major events (through sats) in a given time period to show the average person that they can participate these events with investing only smaller amounts to the buyins.
Most opponents played simultaneously in X hours both live and online.
Have a gaming rig set up between a specially designed Venn-diagram or shamrock-shaped arrangement of 2 or 3 live cash tables so it will look good for the casual spectator, who can see a few famous faces sat down live playing him as part of the record attempt.
How about 'Most online poker single table tournaments won in 24 hours'?
With this, Randy can play 24, 30, 50 or whatever number of tables at a time for 24 hours just as long as he wins a huge amount of STTs to make this record seem impressive in Guinness standards.
The Guinness term for this record will probably sound like 'Most online poker tournaments won in 24 hours'?
To a non poker fan and Guinness, hearing about Randy winning like 500+ 'online poker tournaments' in 24 hours might sound like a legitimate record. On the other hand, we would know that the only way to produce such volume is to grind STTs for 24 hours. So a win win for both parties?
The profit requirement would be Randy making a profit from all his wins over the total number of buy ins?
