isn't "defrauding the us government" are serious charge in and of itself? factor in the wire fraud etc. required to hide the ill-gotten money and it could be big time charges for sure. looks like a lot of the money is missing as things stand.

Looks like a max of 10 years for government fraud. He also has wire, insurance, and fraud in at least six states. Federal health care fraud is 10 years per offense. They can put him away for as long as they want.

He must have submitted a lot of claims for tests for dead people to have money to be gambling wildly with.

I guess they can pretty much do what they want, as they can charge with as many counts as they want and it isn't practical to plead not guilty.

Is every false claim a count at up to 10 years?

just watched the stream that bildo played in on i think the 19th. Not to derail the thread but hollyshit that dust guy is a giant nit. He played like 2 hands the entire stream. This sort of thing has happened before with poker winnings that originated from embezzled funds.
