Alleged cheating at 2009 Partouche Poker Tour final table - Poker News

I have worked in a Partouche casino and collusion was usual in tournaments. Nothing was ever done to the reg even when the cheating was clear and reported by the dealers.

This reminds of a cheater on that who wants to be a millionaire show. Dude won the million but after the footage was reviewed, it was discovered that a fellow contestant was fake coughing every time the host mentioned the correct answer.

Takes major arrogance/narcissism to do this **** on camera. Or stupidity.

It`s like they think they`re the first people to come up with such a genius plan. I wanna see them try that while playing with seasoned players. Those moves are so obvious, the others would probably figure it out pretty quickly. Nobody would say a word though, since it`s quite the advantage to know the hole cards of 2 cheaters at the beginning of each hand, lol...

Absolutely disgusting, I hope other casinos take note and ban these players. As players when we decide to play at a casino we should be made to feel like there is no cheating going on and since the casinos are the hosts, it is there responsibility to make sure it is a fair game.

They would signal to each other what they were holding in the hands they played. For example, scratch top of head twice if you had AA. Scratch head for Ace, eye for King, nose for Queen, arm for pp, etc.

Played with that guy a year ago, threw in a 100 chip at 25 ante every time even though he had 95% of the 25s in play and refused to trade any of them away. Needless to say he seemed like a huge douchebag

Thanks to the people that had the patience and took the time to study the video footage. The way we see the video (and hole cards) it looks blatantly obvious, but if you were to add in all the footage when neither player was in a hand, or after one had folded, no doubt they were still scratching, pointing and rubbing which would make it less obvious, and theoretically give them a bit more deniability.

I think this video illustrates that collusion is highly probable in live poker, I have actually seen more blatant collusion live in South America where again locals are afforded more favors than gringos.
