You said a lot of very mean things, and not very many nice things. And the negative things you said were vague and just, like, your opinion man, so it's not like Joe can change much based on what you said. You say that the convos are "boring" "not engaging" and "bordering on asinine" (I disagree w/ all 3 assertions btw) but never really say exactly why, other than that Joe talks too much about raging at festivals (I find those discussions entertaining fwiw). And who the f cares about his wardrobe, if you don't want to look at him just have the stream on in the background while you do something else.

He's not exactly looking to become an internet sensation w/ these or anything, he just enjoys having freestyle discussions w/ friends and people he's interested in in the poker world and likes the fact a small group of like-minded people also enjoy listening to them.

It's ok to be critical but whats the point on even posting in this thread, or listening to the podcast at all when all you has is negative things to say about it? He's going to make tweaks, not totally revamp the show most likely, so if u don't like it at all just move on to the next thing probably.

I think the podcast, as a format for entertainment, is going to be huge. It allows for insightful, nuanced information. It isn't a means to an end, aka it isn't a late night show with scripted conversations for the sake of marketing movies. It's there for its own sake, and I think this is really powerful.

Like I said before, I don't think this guy wants to make a good podcast... I guess he's just having fun, so my opinion isn't relevant, but ignoring negative feedback is going to help you succeed how, exactly? My reaction comes from watching the stinger podcast, and by the fourth time Joey mentioned a story that he himself insisted Stinger should never talk about, I was thinking, does this guy even know there are other people watching this? Did he forget he's doing a podcast? Why can't I make out Stinger's face?

Oh and brah, Dankness was like the nut high guest you've had on. That was such a great podcast. His stories were all like so ****ing epic. From how he got his start playing 10/20 on bodog, to the NYC live games, the zoom talk, the ****ing jungleman story. Im not easily pleased but that was amazing. Gotttttaaa have him on again
