I think any amount of normalizing the marginalization and degradation of women is harmful, and yes the people posting it are hateful.

Good. That's at least a position that can be discussed.
But talking about Japanese birth rates and the relative lack of female crane operators isn't degrading or marginalizing women or an expression of hateful attitudes.

They don't. "Why women don't post here" doesn't relate to why women don't post here.
