Well, yea. Crime doesn't go up evenly across the board, it's going to spike in the Bronx, Brooklyn North, and upper Manhattan and the people of those neighborhoods get ****ed. If you live in the Upper East Side or Bay Ridge Brooklyn this all has zero impact on your life.
