judging from early takes on X they may be rolling with "this is lawfare for tim pool saying he was going to sue kamala"

for all the dirt they dug up in discord and private channels to make their case, the indictment was short on evidence that 'eduard gregoriann' directly influenced youtubers' content.

this being 2024, it'd be cool if they could embed videos in indictments. then they could include clips of timmy spitting gems like "WE SHOULD APOLOGIZE TO RUSSIA"
