I like Monteroy's posts a lot. Unlike you, he is both funny and insightful.

I rather like being identified as a "Reactionary Far-Right Psycho".

Question for the Moderators: Can one of you guys make "Reactionary Far-Right Psycho" my undertitle? Thanks.

Thanks, DifferentName!

Consider "Get of my lawn!" as a better undertitle for yourself. It is more Boomer and less Millennial like the title you mention, so a better fit. As for your comment that my post was not quite enough for that derp - I stated the situation quickly - that being in 'Merica that health care is a business, not a social right. As such, it will be profit motivated, much like car insurance. I posted about this concept months ago in that Covid thread that got nuked.

If a person is an idiot that has caused several accidents, then that person will likely have to pay a fortune to get auto insurance. Similarly, if a person is an unvaccinated derp then that person will face different potential medical costs with regard to Covid, hence a costlier different actuarial table associated with health coverage. This already happens in 'Merica as many people discover their policies cover some things but not everything. The irony is derps like that dude are the first to yell about the evils of socialism when it comes to medicine, yet it appears that messaging changes when they are within the expensive demographic in the business of health.

Also, that derp never actually posts anything but rando alt-right Twitter stuff (and lower end stuff at that) with zero content attached to it, so no real point in engaging him much in any capacity. He is a passive consumer that regurgitates the information he consumes. I give credit to those who monetize his submissive demographic.

Thanks! d2_e4 earlier informed me that Bobo is the go-to guy on this most important matter.

I am definitely happy to learn that a creepy fundamentalist fanatic like you does not like my posts. So... you're welcome?

I very genuinely think that you are deeply mentally ill. Not punching down like the conservatives love to; I've had mental health issues myself. It's nothing to be embarrassed by, and in fact it should be recognized wherever one finds it, like after reading a lagtight post.

This is a guy that openly and proudly admitted to being a virgin at age, I don't know, 50 or 60 or something. A guy that openly harangues people when they don't believe in his Adult Santa Claus, aka the Abrahamic God. A "street preacher". In my day we called such a person insane and stayed far, far away and would never certainly never engage with them.

Oh, by the way, I'm ALSO better than you at chess, chess teacher. Stay owned.

I am pleased to be suggesting you follow your own advice rather than feed the troll AND feed your own ego.
11-24-2021 , 12:46 PM
heh I knew somebody would pounce on that. The line you quoted is called a "joke". But don't worry about it, I know you are very busy being a lame centrist with no principles or ideas. Tough work to watch 1000 Bill Maher episodes to nail down his tone for your own posts.

You called lagtight a "troll". He is certainly not that. He believes every word that comes out of his insane mouth.
11-24-2021 , 12:49 PM
Lag believes a lot of dumb **** but also he trolls a lot as well.

You've been banned several times before DN; maybe not wise to be looking in my direction

I mean, he regularly insults people (usually in the most lame way imaginable), so fair enough, but I view that as an extension of his personality rather than messing around to get a reaction (i.e., trolling). I think I define the word somewhat differently than most people.

Anyway, whatever, the larger point is that he is an extremely awful poster with a revolting ideology and disgusting ideas. I think you'd agree.

points on the board for all participants.

Let's return to the topic of C19 passports.

lol

No, being a mod does not necessarily shield you from receiving criticism, you know, the thing that every other poster faces regularly.

"Bend the knee, Ser DifferentName, and save your life!"

Edit: with that said I'm happy to return to the topic of the thread. I got lots of opinions on that!

"Get off my lawn" might be a more fitting undertitle if I actually had a lawn. I have never been a homeowner, nor even a house renter. I typically rent a single room in somebody else's house or condo or apartment.

I troll the trolls.

Otherwise, I say what I truly believe. (Scary, huh?)

Gentlemen, let’s try to stay on topic.

KS adds words here: while I agree 100%, I thought it would be OK if both get in the last word b4 moving on. And now....that's done

If a person has had covid, and has a recent antibody test showing a good level of antibodies, is that person allowed to travel as if they have had 2 vaccine doses?

I don't think so.

In terms of international travel they would probably not be allowed to just take a rapid test. They would have to take a regular Covid test within 3 days of their flight.

If vaccines were mandatory then they probably wouldn't be allowed to travel.

I do think that if a person has had Covid and has less than two comorbidities then they are probably less likely to get Covid than somebody who has been fully vaccinated. But the problem is that they can't easily test for comorbidities...

My current USCF rating is 1812. My peak published rating was 2002 (in 1987). What is your rating?

Yeah this one still baffles me and Dr Gupta asked Fauci about it on the CNN Town Hall last night and his answer was a little not answering the question.
12-02-2021 , 02:45 PM
He should just ask Rohan instead of Fauci.

So I had brought this point up before about Vaccine Passports and the fact those that have had Covid should be included .
Found out this morning over 20 countries in Europe and about 50 overall do this including Germany Hmmm

I stay between 2150 and 2250 USCF. I'm a USCF national master (NM, which is kind of a fake title, but anyway). Two time champion of my state.

Told you. Stay owned.

Do you know what the exact rules are? According to the BBC in Germany it's
Quote:
Only those who have been vaccinated or recently recovered from Covid will be allowed in restaurants, cinemas, leisure facilities and many shops.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-59502180
I dont know but I'm assuming that covers the short period after being infectious they're supposed to wait before getting vaccinated.

You are for sure a way better player than me! I hereby publicly acknowledge that I have been owned.
