Well you prior posts suggested you did. You implied only positive attributes to Russia (only act in self defense) while eschewing any negative (have no territorial ambitions), so you should be more careful as I think you would find your arguments far more well received if you avoided that.

There are obviously no perfect countries but a good guide is the most important vote that people do, and that’s with their feet. People have been emigrating, sometimes at great risk to get to places like USA/Canada, Western Europe, and Australia. Look at Russian population statistics? Why have so many left? Especially the educated and talented. Russian is going to continue its decline as long as it was a corrupt mafia state. Ask all the Russians who have left.

I assume most are variants of anti-vaxxers as well, so will be interesting when their lifestyle choice meets the Covid variants that will target mainly them in the future months due to their math choice. Oh absolutely. There is a raging anti-vaxxer argument going on right now debating what amount of young and 'relatively not at risk' people should be inconvenienced or put at vaccine risk to save the 'olds' from the risk of the pandemic enduring?

I suggested that this is not a straight forward question where you only consider vaccine side effect risks, but also covid risk (albeit small to young people) and potential covid mutation risk as the virus seeks a way to more broadly impact the young.

I was told it was a strawman to try and introduce those factors and should 'just answer the question'.

Tien who posts in this forum from time to time posted his position prior as basically 'the old's should not be alive anyway and are taking up resources that would be better used by younger people like him'. His position covid or not the olds simply should not be alive.

I am sure they believe in their eugenics, which they can go on about on a fringe forum all they like, but moving forward it will be interesting to see the societal impact when the bulk of people getting and dying from Covid in the future will be the anti-vaxxers. Seems they place different mathematical values on different demographics so will be interesting to see their take when math does its thing in the near future on a demographic (anti-vaxxers) that many place lower value on.
