Putin gave his opinion of the interview and said he expected tougher questions (probably wanted to answer questions about the bioweapons labs they've destroyed) and said he was disappointed in the interview because he expected a lot more from Tucker. I would have asked him those questions, and Tucker's already spoken about it in the past so it doesn't make sense for him not to ask him about these things unless he was being coached not to go there yet.

Well thankfully there's a lot of tougher interviewers out there he can choose from. If he actually means what he says then I'm sure he'll do just that. The fact he hasn't already pretty much confirms that he's full of it though.

After Russia claimed he wasn't killed, they had him show up on a screen full of high ranking commanders addressing the military. He did not seem to move at all throughout the entire meeting. He then didn't show up anywhere for months until this.

There are hundreds of incidents like that, what you see on a screen needs to be taken with less than a grain of salt.

This is how you know your country's being drained from the inside out. This regime is easily able to arrest all of their political opponents who threaten their control. The justice system is being used as a communistic control system. This is the guy in the FBI (one of the good ones there) who blew the whistle on Biden's corruption through a company called Burisma in Ukraine, and the regime arrested him for lying. He'll get thrown in jail for doing his duty, just like they're trying to do to President Trump.

It's been fascinating to watch. Putin waited to see how the interview was trending then immediately threw Tucker under the bus when he realized it wasn't doing well. Meanwhile Tucker is still out there talking about how Moscow is nicer than any city in America and trying to explain that Putin just isn't good at explaining himself.

Now that Putin has realized he can't actually sway the minds of American on the war, he's saying he'd prefer Biden in office. Trump has come to the same conclusion regarding support for Ukraine and is now saying that Biden is too weak to help Ukraine.

I watched the interview. I don’t think this is where Putins evaluation of the interview comes from , but rather that Tucker proved incapable of any kind of serious conversation. He wanted harder questions, not as in a true debate but rather as in questions informed enough so that Putin could get his points across. The amazing thing is you’d think that after all the butt kissing tucker has done for Putin, he would have at least a modicum of understanding in regards to Putins positions on Ukraine. He did not. I now know Tucker is like any other meme lord in his basement and not someone who could have a serious political discussion with me, much less Putin. Putin himself seems kind of slow but not Tucker/Trump slow. He was astonished by American Ignorance, a true American strength.

Not sure how Putin could make that explanation make sense, though admittedly he appeals to an electorate who are denied any actual news.

spaceman: Tucker fed him some very easy questions which went over Putin's head. From the start Tucker was extremely accommodating: he humored Putin's 30 minute history lesson, he tried to tell Putin that no one was going to buy it an he should bail on this bizarre strategy, he gave opportunities for Putin to say that he wants peace, that Deep State runs America, that Ukraine is a pawn, etc. Putin insisted on his own strategy, and it's clear he didn't even consult a media advisor.

When Putin saw his own strategy failed he threw Tucker under the bus and blamed him for his own strategy working.

No, it's alleged that he spontaneously collapsed and died while 'taking a walk' at his notorious Arctic prison camp, but obviously he was murdered and they aren't releasing the body for any independent examination.

I think some may be suggesting it was timed to coincide with whatever that conferece was in Munich where his wife was speaking. But could be anything, really. Could be the Tucker interview even. Or it could have been planned for a while, they moved him to that prison a couple of months ago.

It's possible, but he was seeen very much alive and as well as could be expected as recently as Feb 12th I believe, if I remember the article I read correctly. Don't quote me on that though.
