We're a bilingual country; why you think a town with 5.3% speaking French as a mother tongue is somehow significant, I have no idea. There have to be dozens, if not hundreds, of communities in Canada, outside Quebec, with more people speaking French as a mother tongue.
Hint: You might want to look into what "The highest Francophone population" is comparing to.

Gosh, thanks for your history lesson, and attempting to tell Canadians about their francophone celebrities. I guess 3 out of 4 isn't bad, but we probably could have figured that out without you.
