I think there's a certain ignorance involved in discussing Trump so much without ever really reading his own messages to the American people (which most people here probably do not! Outside of when he makes a particularly newsworthy "oh my god, he said what???" tweet, anyway). He's happy to tell us, every day, who he is and what he cares about; some people on this forum still do not hear him, and are essentially arguing with their fingers in their ears.

Ignore Feature is my new friend.

My quality of life has been significantly improved since I started "liberally" (so to speak) putting people who annoy me on Ignore.

I have been trying to make a distinction between calling an argument racist, and calling a poster racist. A thin line, but it is there. It's an uphill battle though, trying to keep up with all the threads.

If everyone could just keep the veneer of civility on, I think it might go a long way towards this sub not getting nuked from orbit like it probably deserves.

That's my personal sheeple (sheep?) test: if you agree with every single party line position, either side, you're probably not doing a whole lot of independent thinking.

Joe, do you have any evidence for your assertion earlier in the thread that Trump does not write his own tweets?

@Mods: please note Joe's standard MO. He will make a claim (in this case a minor one), then ignore requests for evidence for, or rebuttals to that claim. He will then repeat the same unsubstantiated claim in future, even if it has been debunked. In fact, he has made this very claim several times in the past, never providing any evidence for it. This is why people call Joe a liar and a troll.

He might claim he has me on ignore, but that can be easily disproved as he responded to me yesterday in the Trump thread before he deleted it.

If you are unable to answer these questions yourself, you clearly haven't been paying attention. Hint: it's been discussed in this very forum at length for at least 4 years.

1). Half the country does not support him, it's 35%.
2). Yes, at least 35% of Americans are racists, total morons, or both. I don't think this is a particularly controversial statement that reasonable people would dispute.
