1. Says Ukraine has not been reciprocal to the United States, in effect they owe us:
"The United States has been very good to Ukraine. I wouldn't say that it's reciprocal necessarily because things are happening that are not good but the United States has been very very good to Ukraine."
2. What does he want in return? Two things.
The first is about 2016:
"I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike...the server..."
The second is about 2020:
"The other thing, There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped to prosecution so if you can look into it."
He asks a foreign country to investigate a political opponent because Ukraine "owes" him.
And what did he just a few days prior? Ordered all aid to the Ukraine withdrawn.
The President of the United States attempted to hold aid hostage until such time as Ukraine "reciprocated" --- and not "reciprocated" to the United States, but to Trump
PERSONALLY. He was after dirt on Sleepy Joe Biden (of all people) to assist his 2020 campaign. It is as plain as ****ing day.

At no point in the phone call does Trump mention corruption. Lol.
In fact, the guy who he talked about reinstating (Shokin) was absurdly corrupt. In a country that has been wracked by corruption, being TOO CORRUPT for Ukraine is quite the moniker.
