It's obviously absurd to assume you know the reason people think I am transphobic is because of an ID designation when you are not even familiar with ID usage. That would be as ridiculous as the law that requires a man not knowing his partner cheated on him, ask at birth for a DNA test or forever lose his right to disengage with out being considered the 'parent' after the fact.

It puts every man, who thinks he is a good relationship in the spot to suggest he thinks his partner might have cheated, even if he does not, or lose his rights. When it is the person who cheats, or is sleeping around who knows the risk, and the obligation should be on them to disclose or the other person should maintain an out.

Any obligation to disclose should always be on the one with the knowledge. Not the other to make a preventative guess.
