Actually, this issue does not fit in any other thread, or conversation. T. Crews made the point about black racist turning BLM into a racist movement. He got a huge amount of heat for this. A few days after you have a series of people who have strongly advocated for BLM, including DWade, who made a big production at the ESPY's with LeBron James, and are now advocating/supporting racism and anti-semitism from N. Cannon, DeSean Jackson, et al. It's not a gotcha, it's a real life issue.

I'm not sure why lefty racism has to be explained so much to lefties, especially when they complain about the name "masters'. I guess there was gotcha, but I did not foresee it.

In Los Angeles, and I am guessing across the country, Nick Cannon is a very prominent BLM activist, with a very big platform. He hosts (probably hosted now) a popular morning show where he is a strong advocate for BLM, including support for specific members of BLM organized groups.

Crews was concerned with BLM getting turned into a Black Lives Better movement, i.e. racist movement, and he received substantial heat for it, subsequently several prominent voices within the movement and within society have either made or endorsed anti-semitic/racist comments/theories/people within days of him making that point.

As I said, yes those were racist comments. I don't think anyone here will argue that they were not, so I don't know if there is more to discuss in the absence of any kind of larger overarching point.

The point is to get other people's take on it. It seems preposterous to type that out in a discussion forum about society.

Sure, it's bad, and it sounds like the proper thing is generally happening in response. Cannon is #cancelled and losing work. Jackson should probably be suspended, but leave it to the NFL to do the absolute minimum to curb players being pieces of ****.

It's a boring topic because nobody here supports DeSean Jackson or Nick Cannon. There might be a discussion here if you weren't too cowardly to stand behind your attempt to smear all of BLM with this, or if you wanted to oppose Cannon being fired by CBS since he's now a victim of "outrage mob cancel culture".
