Oh Definitely it's conceivable, if you happen to share a boarder with that country. Or have strong political ties!
But for all other ( sane!) Countries this just does not apply. This is a laughing stock of an obstruction of reality. Followed by wild insults. And that all coming from the Buddhist Shanti guy, is pure comedy.
