If you don't know something as straightforward as a lawyer needs to present their evidence, and you aren't aware of the nonsense that transpired in the different court cases, you've really got no clue what you're talking about. None.
Here's an example of one of the rulings against Giuliani, in PA:
Quote:
This court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.
That has not happened. Instead, this court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by the evidence.

I hardly know what to say to this.
Here's just one example of what you can find hundreds of:

A quarter of Americans responded that the sun revolves around the earth, and answered positively that "human beings, as we know them today, developed from earlier species of animals". With over 330 million people in the US, there would be very few crackpot theories that you couldn't find a few million to believe in. The thought that something has to go to court simply because 10 or 20 million people believe it is simply preposterous. Trump has raised hundreds of millions of dollars to try his cases, has had two months to bring forward these mountains of evidence, and has all the power of the presidency and connections to more powerful people than any of us will every meet in our lifetimes, and his lawyers, and other lawyers prosecuting cases on behalf of his supporters, have been able to get no further than having cases thrown out of court - often by Trump-appointed judges.
Most of these stories and anecdotes are about the kind of thing I'm sure we could hear about every election. When more than 150 million people vote, I bet you there are dead people who get votes, and miscounts all over the place. Thousands of mistakes and even fraudulent votes all over the country. And yet never enough to affect any one race, let along multiple races in multiple states. As for the big allegations like an entire semi truck of ballots being driven from state to state, or more people voting than there are voters - do you really think that if something like that happened, they'd be unable to bring evidence to court within 2 months? Really??
Think about something else. At the certification of EC votes, 139 Representatives and 8 Senators objected to certifying PA's votes. 121 Representatives and 6 Senators objected to certifying AZ's votes. A few other states had no Senator to join the Representatives that objected to a handful of other states. That means that even for PA, 72 Representatives and 45 Senators for the Republicans did not object. Only in one state did a majority of Republicans in Congress choose to object - and I'd be pretty shocked if every one of them truly believes there was election fraud. If the evidence of fraud is so obvious, why wouldn't every Republican be objecting in every state where that was the case? And why are there now numerous Republicans not only speaking out against Trump, but also some prepared to impeach him?
What seems more likely to you:
- Cases of massive electoral fraud in several states that is known to millions of people and yet can't be gathered and presented in court in spite of having 2 months, hundreds of millions of dollars, and all the resources one could ever want at their disposal, AND even a majority of Republicans legislators can't be convinced of it?
- A desperate man that has lied to the American people countless times is doing everything he can to hold on to the presidency, and/or using this as an opportunity to retain much of his power and influence while raising hundreds of millions of dollars to be used for a future election, or his own personal gain?
