OK, so when does this all start going down? Does Biden's inauguration need to be stopped, or might the plan be to allow that to happen and then launch this surprise afterwards? I assume it involves all the forces assembled in DC, so obviously it needs to happen soon before they would normally disperse, and before Biden has too much control.
