I'm not even necessarily claiming it should be mandated, I think culturally we should take the responsibility to actually follow what are now recommendations as opposed to requirements.

As for being vaccinated, of course this helps. It cuts a large majority - but not all - injections. You can still have covid with being vaccinated. You can still be passing it on to other vaccinated or unvaccinated people in the public, further perpetuating the pandemic.
Yes they suggested folks wear masks outside at the Elks game Though science says its very unlikely to pass it on outdoors.
Reality is if you are vaccinated you are safe.

What disgusts me is Quebecers getting third shots just so they can go on cruises and travel. No one should be getting a third shot till science catches up and the rest of the world is vaccinated

Congrats to our Women's Soccer Team on a Gold Medal. Big achievement

This isn't true. You are much safer. You are not safe. And you can still get it, not be sick, but pass it on to someone else in the chain who suffers form long covid or ICU or death.

Well don’t say thx to them but you will see what happens when they get tired of losing market shares from goodwill.

Btw , why should we give « special » thx for gaining good export from oil ?
Isn’t that what they are suppose to do when they work ?

Maybe it’s a fashion that will get more traction I suppose to give special thx when a economic sector gets a good run , even tho that is what working is all about to begin with , shrug .

You can get git by lighting, win the lotto, drown at some point we have to say we need to move on Covid will be with us for a while. Reality is if your vaccinated you will not be in a hospital or die.

Reality is mask will become a norm for many as well as hand sanitizers. The Hand Sanitizer for me is a no brainer

Dozens of vehicles with U.S. plates line up at B.C. border as COVID-19 restrictions lifted

After being shut down for 17 months, fully vaccinated Americans can once again cross the border into Canada for non-essential travel.

As the COVID-19 restrictions lifted at 9 p.m. PT Sunday night, dozens of vehicles were lined up at the Peace Arch border in Surrey ready to cross.

On Monday morning, the border remained busy with vehicles waiting over an hour to cross into Canada.

Border officials opened a third lane around 6 a.m. PT...

...The U.S. has resisted easing restrictions on non-essential travel for fully vaccinated Canadians at land crossings, and won’t say when that might change.

The only concern I have here is children under 12 are exempt as they can not get the vaccine. Though you have to have a test before you get to the border so I do not see an issue with it . Good Job JT

Amazes me that Biden is not opening the US border. Trump was just better for Canada

Trump started a tariff war with us. Wtf are you talking about?

canadian conservatives have loooooooong made it clear they care much more about oil than anything else like our steel or aluminum industries. It is only oil that gets the whole culture war surrounded about it (maybe read the new IPCC report?). So an insane 25% ****ing tariff plastered on aluminum is just something the conservative literally don't recall until you remind them.

He loves Trump obviously. Trump being good for Canada is the craziest nonsense I've heard.

You could read it and find out! Or, if you are too lazy, you could read the summary in any newpaper or news show over the last two days.

Lets see Biden cancelled Keystone and not opening the border and looking at doubling tariffs on softwood lumber from 9% to 18%
Though Biden had no issue approving Russia's pipeline a country with a horrible record

Yes Trump was a pig but please do not tell me Biden is good for Canada they both had areas were they have screwed Canada.

I personally think Trump was disgusting but if I had to pick Trump or Trudeau It be tough but I take Trump

Yup that is me the disgusting conservative who is pro choice, believes in LGQBT rights, free college and Indigenous rights(we need to do better) and climate change and universal healthcare and sexual assault is bad.

I wouldn’t want a prime minister that can’t even be control (you’re fired!) , it can be extremely dangerous .
It’s surprising how a democracy can vastly disappear….
Turkey is one example not so long ago .

You need someone that tries to do a fair job for both sides , not to trample the other side …..they both have right to be what they are.
Trump even dismiss, science , facts ,etc.
Trump is probably the worst president in the US history , I think trudeau can be better than that .
Trudeau got flaws but he ain’t crazy .

Biden calling for increased output from OPEC. Isn't that the same policy as the previous administration? Maybe Biden hasn't read the IPCC report, Uke should fill him in.
