They haven’t even gotten the $600 yet. This isn’t the original first stimulus that was $1200 max.
The goal was to get $2k checks in the covid relief bill passed before Xmas. That didn’t happen so they are making good on their promise of $2k total stimulus checks to those who need it. You seem hung up on the fact it’s coming in 2 checks at different times as if that somehow is a lie or a broken promise.

oh and now they want to means test it.
they are liars and frauds and will do anything to avoid giving people anything beneficial. and it will cost them dearly in 2022. cant wait to watch Beau Biden forced to testify in front of a Repub Congress.

Also lol to the second point. Yeah the dems who want higher minimum wages, better healthcare, and higher stimulus checks are the ones who will do anything to avoid giving people anything beneficial.
Republicans sat around for 9 months doing nothing but downplaying the pandemic. Then another 2 months of claiming election fraud and at the last second getting $600 checks out the door. Gee thanks guys, it shows you really care...

But yes, I understand where you're coming from on this.
This message in particular could resonate with me - but not now. Ideally, more would happen through legislation and not EOs. 7 days in, though, and when Biden is, as you say, mostly undoing Trump EOs? Too soon. WAY too soon.
