Trump can be funny, he has a knack for timing when speaking to his supporters, he has good stamina, and he clearly enjoys public speaking. Those are his only real attributes as a public speaker imo.

He isn't persuasive, literate, quick, inspiring, or especially coherent.

Obama and Bill Clinton are far, far, far better public speakers than Trump.
