Personally, I would never judge any system as bad until I had come up with one which would be better. No system is perfect.

I guess you don't really follow the realities of US domestic policy disputes. For example, it is a very big deal here that abortion rights were just lost in half the country.

I understand it's probably difficult to get a good perspective on these things from overseas, but you should probably leave the determination to those who actually live with the differences instead of claiming they don't exist.
