I mean, your entire argument here is based on rejecting the normally uncontroversial claim that just because someone agrees with a candidate's policy doesn't mean they'll support them. Claiming the winner of an election cheated is a serious accusation, and it's too bad you're willing to make it without good evidence. False accusations like this are the kinds of things that can lead to a loss of confidence in democracy, something we shouldn't take lightly in the era of Trump.
So it wasn't rigged I guess. Bernie and his movement are just not good enough at manipulating foolish voters.
2016 is good enough evidence for me.
Now that we know the DNC rigs primaries do we accept reality or do we proceed under a delusion ?
If you have no confidence in the Democratic party because you think democracy isn't important to them unless they like the results, then you've been paying attention. Good for you.
Don't shoot the messenger.
No, it was rigged.
It's possible people would have preferred another candidate but we'll never know. That's the problem with putting your finger on the scale and daring the voters to vote for Trump. You might be ruining your reputation for no reason.
