You can't accept forgiveness without accepting the Forgiver.

For example, if I lied to you and confessed my sin and asked for your forgiveness, you would have the authority to forgive me (or choose not to forgive me).

But, if I lied to Cuepee and confessed my sin to you and asked for your forgiveness, that would make no sense because you do not have the authority to forgive me on Cuepee's behalf.

Make sense?

No, because you can lie to me and I can forgive you and you can say **** you back, but I can still forgive you.

The ideal of forgiveness is unconditional, unfortunately your douchbag ego god cant live upto that ideal.

Actually, there are tons of things that I would want the government to do (e.g. give every citizen over 64-years-old $1M every year*). That doesn't mean that the government should do it.

it does seem pretty bad to me that on such a minor but important issue, the Gov't (Joe) would side with the corporation over the workers.

People often make the mistake of thinking anarchism always means no government.

Sure there are some anarchists who argue that, but its a broad church and many anarchist thought systems just want as small a government as possible.
