Your gaff gave me an idea. What if a gnat chart was a real thing? What kind of thing would it be? Well, gnats are kind of annoying, but really not even that good at being annoying. Swatting at gnats risks making one look a little high strung so they tend to linger, yet, all things being equal, many people would prefer they not be around. Ya know? I just realized that that's a fairly accurate description of the type of dude you are.

And there are people like you all over the place, in all kinds of organizations, pendants who make sure to keep their annoyance restricted to the right people, like how you pile on unpopular posters but suck up to the mods. In an organization a "gnat" would be low impact, low-medium skill, medium intelligence, high intelligence posing, high kiss ass factor person who often expresses their intellectual insecurity through pendantry.

Maybe this could work by subtracting the workers actual IQ from their represented IQ, dividing that by their impact score, and coming up with a "gnat" score. Overlay those score in a heat map on the org chart to show you where all these human gnats are in the organization. Then you know where to look when it's time for layoffs, or you can arrest the rise of dangerous gnats like Pete Buttigieg who aspire to higher impact.
