I would like to organize an MTT for the regs of this forum. Would be fun and the winner(s) would have fun bragging rights. The phone app Pokerrrrr 2 is a great platform for this and we can remain anonymous if payouts are done in crypto or we could play for no $ just bragging rights. Definitely up for input from other posters on structure, buy-in, etc.

I will point out the single time in all the years in the internet poker riggie thread a riggie did an actual heads up challenge with me was a $20 HU sit and go years ago, and after I won in the first hand we were both happy, as I won (and had to spend less time around him) and to him it proved the site was rigged because Pokerstars obviously would spend considerable resources to rig a single $20 HU SnG.

Only other memory was a dude who after I refused to stake him challenged me to a $500 or $1,000 HU SnG to prove I was a man, because proving my manhood to random derps is obviously important. I said sure just show me the SnG he registered for and he did, but of course a hard core reg who fed on donks (was common in that format) sat him within 1 second. This was before private games, which is what I used for the $20 one years later. Was actually fun watching the guy beg for a chop from the reg (the reg agreed if he sent him $100 which he did). Hey, ego has a price. I did say to him let's try again and I will join faster, but unlike the Hunter addicts - he kind of learned from his mistake!

Does anybody have thoughts on how to do this and get the winner their money while preserving anonymity?

Live, maybe. Online cash game is probably a non-starter given the number of people who live in the US.

For those asking about cash: I think a tourney style is a more friendly option (although smack talking, slow rolling, etc. are highly encouraged). You're welcome to host one yourself. I think it equates to like $5/hr in coins. The SnG/MTT will cost about $10 in tokens to facilitate (I cover this)
