Studies suggest that men who have sex at least twice a week and women who report having satisfying sex lives are less likely to have a heart attack. The protective benefits may be many: Sex is a form of exercise and helps strengthen your heart, lower your blood pressure, reduce stress and improve sleep.

Important to note that the article above is talking specifically about folks with heart disease, not the population at-large.

Also important to note that men DO NOT need to have satisfying sex to experience the health benefits...

Has any man ever had sex and not considered it satisfying?

I think it means 'satisfying' in a more objective sense

Well, there was this one time in college when I really couldn't remember much about it other than it happened (yay beer!). That wasn't too satisfying.

It was probably satisfying, but not memorable.

That too!

Bottom line: the article is pretty much worthless.

Rodney Dangerfield:

My wife said I was one in a million in bed. Turns out she was right.

We had a piggy bank and everytime we made love I'd put a quarter in it. At the end of the year we broke it open. "How did all these paper bills get in here" I asked. My wife said "not everybody's as cheap as you".

So Jordan Peterson made a Youtube saying we should probably do something about Iran, and he is getting blasted from "the right" by all the usual suspects for this.

This does illustrate how classical definitions of right/left or conservative/liberal dont really apply to the current ideological landscape. 50 years ago who would have guessed self-professed conservatives would be the ones arguing we should leave Iran and Russia to do as they please.

I am not making an argument for or against any foreign policy position, just commenting on the bizarre reality of the current ideological landscape.
