Current realities of western capitalism rely upon wage labour but its not a core principle as I understand it
It's just a technical definition anyway. Wages are essentially revenues workers receive when the costs to produce their revenues aren't deducted. So similar to how a business deducts costs from revenues to derive profit, we could just as well define wages as profit and workers as businesses without costs, rendering terms such as employees, employers, wages, workers, etc. somewhat moot.

If we are concerned about corporations doing evil things, we need to talk about the chicken suppliers colluding to make Chick-fil-a sandwiches more expensive: https://www.businessinsider.com/chic...fixing-2020-12

Quote:
Chick-fil-A is suing 17 top chicken suppliers, alleging they artificially raised prices on billions of dollars of its purchases.

The lawsuit filed Friday names 17 defendants — including Perdue Farms, Tyson Foods, Pilgrim's Pride, and Sanderson Farms. Chick-fil-A claims that chicken suppliers shared bids and pricing details, leading the Atlanta-based restaurant chain to overpay for supplies.

The only question is, do the share holders make more money by using children as slaves and taking the risk of a lawsuit or not.
Even the most corporate-centric economists would agree that the corporate managers can take reputational concerns into account when making decisions.

We know they are full of corruption, thanks to years of slavery and colonism.
You are letting corrupt leadership off far too easy.

yes but also reputations do not self-generate when a corporation does something. people have to find out about the thing.

how many people know about the thing that is the subject of this thread? how many ppl itt knew about it before like last week? or all the other sstuff that poster washoe linked videos about? unless this stuff is on t carlson or maddoww nightly, no one except sickos on the internet (this thread) are going to know about it to begin with, let alone care. so there are no reputational concerns to speak of except for truly exceptional cases where it is unavoidable liike bp deeepwater horizon

if a slave laborer cuts down a tree in a forest and no one else is around to hear it, does it make a sound??

In Florida nestle is stealing water from this beautiful place. Seven springs. It's the same **** they do in Africa with the water. Only there the people are really suffering from it. That's what happening all over the world. Cooperations stealing people's resources legally.

Wtf is with these links? Now I have to pay to read it. 5 min ago it was free.

Nestle spent ~120 dollars to steal that water. The consequences are way higher and of course on the tax payer.

Is the statement many items manufactured in China are by forced or slave labor?

In China you see factories burning, crashing, and of course slave like conditions. Even for iPhones.
How is primemark able to make t-shirts for 3 dollars? Shorts for 2? Dress shirt for 5? Slave like conditions and child labour.

Thats how it has always worked. Stealing from the poor to enrich the rich.

In 40 years we probably won't even bother with elections anymore.

We'll just happily toil for the corporation and if we don't like it we'll starve.

It was a good run but in the end, humans aren't fit for civilization.

Have you had this outlook for most of your life or would you say these beliefs crept up more recently?

You probably realize this but the conservatives who read this think mostly either "that's freedom through choice" or "then just start your own corporation" and have absolutely no qualms with the premise.

Are you actually capable of saying anything that is a) decipherable and b) decipherable enough so that a reasonable person can ascertain with a reasonable degree of certainty that it actually pertains to the topic under discussion?

If your M.O. is just bloviating like this, I am not surprised you got banned. There are actually "bullshit generators" online that spit out prose strikingly similar to yours, you know?

Don't be jealous of my word smithery. On second thought go ahead and be jealous because, let's face it, you will never achieve anything near it.
