what about one country, on the whole, being better at something than another country? can't this be a true statement without one being racist?
kenyans are better at long distance running than americans.
americans are better at swimming than kenyans.
are these racist statements? i wouldn't think so. so the question becomes when does the line get crossed?
is it when you bring in intelligence, or perception of? or is it just when one places a higher value on a life based off of use of metrics?
