Avwal needs to come on here and confirm because otherwise seems like an inappropriate linkage between the 2 in the first place to get Goofy out of hot water for this one. I mean unless a user is promoting their twitter feed we shouldn't go ahead and link the 2 until then.

I wouldn't use the standards of conduct on unstuck as a yardstick about what should go on in here.

We know because the powers that be around here would have said something if goofy in fact had access to private user information. They are not sympathetic to goofy's politics. I highly doubt they would cover for him if he abused access.

I haven't ever doxxed anyone, and I probably wouldn't. But keep in mind that this is the mildest sort of doxxing. If awval cared that much, I'm sure he wouldn't have had a Twitter account with the same handle.

And this isn't a case where the Twitter account contained a bunch of videos of awval dancing around in his underwear. I looked at it for 30 seconds, and it seemed reasonably consistent with his posting here -- a little Trumpier for sure but not by an order of magnitude.

Goofy is going to pretend to misunderstand you saying 'if it's ok for you to do then it should be done to you' as not just making the point that's it's not a great thing to do

It's am obvious defensive play but hopefully he will think twice before doing it in future. If posters twitters are linked then eventually it will be one with doxing info - best just not to do it without permission.

If he is going to talk ****, he need to be able to take it, but he can't, he banned me for talking **** back at him. I guess the nature of my **** talk was not appealing to him. He could not justify his decision to temp ban me.
