If d2_e4 doesn't get a tempban for his last two posts in the Cuba thread, then nobody should EVER get a tempban.

I totally disagree with Victor, but d2_e4 was way out of line.

I also somewhat disagree with locking a thread for being too heated when it is a single person behaving egregiously. This is a bit similar to the CRT thread, the "problems" with hat thread from what I could tell was the posting of a specific person. Especially when getting a thread locked is sometimes even an objective for an agitator.
