Kaepernick kneeling was a middle finger to the 32 people who control the industry he works in. He was not a far above average player at the time.

What football organization would want such a massive distraction. The coaches are worried about next week's game, if one of their players is acting like kap, the media circus begins and the entire team gets pulled into the drama. All these people care about is winning games. If you have ever played sports you know to know your worth. If you are a star who's indispensable you can say what you want. If you're not well...we all saw what happened.
