I don't know all the details of the apartment collapse but what I do know tells me that the coincidence theory I have written about previously, mathematically leads to the conclusion that it was sabotage, unless there are technical reasons that would make it near impossible. Yes the building had flaws but so do thousands of other high rises that haven't collapsed. Because the initial safety requirements mandate so large a margin for error. Personally I can't remember any such American building of this type and age collapsing on its own. They may have but its got to be exceedingly rare.

Meanwhile this building housed a lot of Jews and the collapse occurred only a few weeks after Israel destroyed more than one Palestinian apartment.

If actual evidence emerges of foul play, the discussion is legit. But for now this is a disaster which doesn't need idle speculation in this forum.
