While communisms never worked positively, no instance of it doing more for the people than it's absence, it's the rare case of Pareto inefficient solution: always strictly worse than alternatives.

If you're saying capitalism exists (I would say it doesn't), then you're only talking about mixed economies. Those with socialist healthcare, social security of some sort, fire departments, libraries, free schooling, and stuff like that.
