I’m sure thousands of people died in car crashes yesterday, so I guess you can’t be mad about the 50 people that died.

What an insanely stupid statement lmao

It's horrible to say and all, but I like radical honesty...emotionally, arguing in the thread affects me more than people on either side dying as long as I avoid pictures of mangled bodies. Multiple thousands of children die horrible deaths from disease and malnutrition every single day which are easily preventable. What people actually care about is not unrelated to human suffering, but it's certainly not just finding the suffering in the world and caring in direct proportion - not for most people.

Why wonder?

come to Israel and find out. there are hundreds of hundreds of Muslim owned restaurants all over, with people wearing Keffiyehs.

Hack, my favorite restaurant in Haifa is owned by a chef that loves wearing Keffiyehs. the only time I voiced a concern about it was when he wore a Keffiyeh during august. it is really hot here in august.

Yes, those people are Israeli, but that's not really what he was talking about. He was really talking about doing it in a Jewish/Israeli restaurant in, say, Los Angeles or Oakland, but out of curiosity, what if someone wore a keffiyeh into a Jewish restaurant in Israel and maybe not just one that happens to be owned by a Jewish person, but like Orthodox or something patriotic or somehow going out of its way to be Jewish/Israeli?

Trump is promising to deport these people - American citizens or not.

you were specifically mentioning Israeli restaurants.

Unlike you, we actually live with arabs, work with them and share our lives.

your constant attempt to paint us as some white supremacist or whatever, has no real connection to the real world

we have real anti discrimination laws that are enforced very strictly.

One will loose his business and maybe his freedom for refusing service based on religion, race and such.

That's why the mods won't let us post photos of dead toddlers with half their heads blown off.

I do live in a pretty diverse area. It's not the part of the country with the most Arab-Americans, but there are about 100k in the county I live in.

I worked at a place where the two owners were Israeli Jews and everyone else working there besides me was Palestinian - in Los Angeles.

lol, any American close to any large-mid-size US city lives and works with Arab-Americans. Unlike Israel we don't have Palestinian Bantustans.

But go ahead and keep spinning lies.

I've seen pictures, so it's not like I'm burying my head in the sand and I think I do a fair job of thinking about the many killed and injured people before bloviating about what I think the situation is and what should be done...but I don't want to look at pictures of blown up or shot up bodies every day.

exactly - Israeli owned business employees arabs even in the states.

In israel its not an encounter by chance, but we actually are fully integrated. there are many cities that both arabs and jews live together.

that is the logical fallacy of this entire debate - how can Israeli's be on one hand racist towards arabs, and on the other hand actually share our lives in such a way?

one would start to think - maybe its not about racism, but there is another reason for the conflict?

FFS- there are arabs in the IDF, including regiments of muslim arabs. try explaining that?

Except for the Arabs that are kept penned up in Gaza.

Not to blow your mind here but every single US city has Arabs, Jews, and what have you living together. Even the alleged "no-go zones" featured on Fox News. It's wild that you think this is some kind of flex.

I dunno man. You're very difficult to talk to because I think you're talking to me and victor and jalfrezi and trolly all at the same time in the same post when responding to just one of us. Try talking normal.

This is incorrect. The ruling was that graphic images must be in spoilers so that individuals could opt in to view them, and people who potentially would be harmed by them can avoid.

im sure that you on the other hand, have no idea how most of the world lives. have you ever travelled to a different continent?

You are much better at murdering kids in cold blood, I agree. Would you like to see some photos of your handiwork?

And I'd be happiest if Palestinians had their state and Israel didn't kill anyone.

Many many many. there are entire industries that are "arabs", that employee jews.

there are many arab business moguls.

my law office is in a huge office building that is owned by an arab.

my biggest client is an arab that has more land, buildings and different business, than any body I know.

one of my closest friends is an arab Israeli Doctor, that has a private clinic and employees many jews.

I can go on...

No, and I'm quite sure you don't either. I've lived in a house with a Lebanese guy, not that it matters.

America in 2024 is arguably the most culturally diverse society in history, Israel is an apartheid pariah state. Just take the L and move on, bud.
