The Germans and Italians had some Nazi ties, but of course we don't ascribe sinister genetic animus to white people the way we do with Arabs so we accept that what some folks' grandparents were up to isn't worth a tinker's damn in 2024.
Your tax dollars are directly or indirectly involved in many "slaughters," including 10/7. You should check out which side we support in Sudan (the Arab militias ethnically cleansing blacks in case you were wondering, which happen to be the same guys opposing Houthi/Iran adventurism).
The Germans and Italians forsook fascism after WWII, and embraced liberalism. The Arabs doubled down on fascism and many then recently pivoted to Islamism, which is kind of the same thing except with throwing in religious fanaticism. The problem isn't just bad decision that were made 100-80 years ago, the problem is subsequent generations just keep doubling down.
This is something Richard Hanania writes about a lot, as he admits it is personal to him. As an Arab who can clearly see liberalism and individualism provide superior outcomes compared to collectivism and fascism, he is interested why literally no Arab nation has come to the same conclusion, regardless of how bad the outcomes have been. And he acknowledges the problem isn't Islam per se, as Arab Christians in the 20th century were probably more enthusiastic of Naziism and fascism as Muslims.
