no, saying there is a need for police reform is not bashing cops as both you and I have stated - although you chose to ignore what I stated and wrongly characterized my meaning
bashing cops is getting in the face of a cop and screaming at him as if he is responsible for all the ills of all the bad cops in the world and for all the racism in the world
or throwing bottles or rocks at cops
or not throwing bottles or rocks at cops but saying you "understand" or "sympathize" with those that do
lastly, your statement that: "black cops are always a minority in every precinct" is blatantly false
referring to DC cops:
