While I'm a man I'm probably top 10% most fortunate all told, even that comes with serious pressures and stress. A lot of times men are very often socially discouraged from dealing with those in a healthy manner both from other men and women. I would go so far to say that the most emotionally intelligent guys I've known have also tended to be the most ridiculed and ostracized, while a lot of behaviors that are rewarded are extremely unhealthy. And again, this is among men that I think most people would agree are generally the most fortunate.
Of course women have plenty of their own ****ed up social problems and norms, but I think many of them also tend to use them as the sole point of comparison. No, as a man I don't experience some of those problems or to the same degree, but our issues are different. If I went into detail about them I'd be a complainer or the issues would be laughed off or marginalized. Maybe Millennials or whoever will do it better but from what I see so far they don't.
