Mix and match to your liking, but stay under a reasonable calorie limit. The diet didn't bother me at all, but YMMV.
Throw in some supplements if you want to get cute, but otherwise just enjoy the ride.
I'm 6'7" and at the height of my McGriddle habit, I tipped the scales at 415. At that height, that amount of weight is carried differently, but make no mistake, I was fat. The lowest I've been since is just above 220, but 250 is the sweet spot where I don't look like a cancer patient. BMI charts say even 220 is obese, but I know what I looked like at 220 and that's just hilarious. I recently turned a spare bedroom into a proper home gym, so I'm going to work on physique.
My current blood tests are levels of perfect that would make even Trump green with envy. I'll outlive you all.
