This is actually a really old Russian joke.

Khrushchev visits a farm for a photo op and has his picture taken in amongst some pigs. The editors at Pravda are not sure how to caption it, and start debating - shall we title it 'Comrade Khrushchev with pigs' or 'Pigs with comrade Khrushchev'?" In the end they go with 'Comrade Khrushchev is third from the left'.
